What you can save

My Moment To is designed for mood and energy check-ins, feeling words, goals, journal text, and optional photos. The current app experience keeps entries in the active session and does not upload them to a production account.

What we do not do

• We do not sell private check-ins, journal entries, or photos.
• We do not use private wellbeing records to target advertising.
• We do not publish entries or make them social by default.

Account and purchase data

Authentication, permanent cloud storage, subscription checkout, export, and account deletion are not active in the current build. Before those features launch, this page will name the service providers, data locations, retention periods, deletion process, and purchase terms that apply.

Photos and device permissions

Choosing a photo must begin with an action you take. The app will request only the device permission needed for that action, explain why it is needed, and let you continue without adding a photo.

Your choices

You can skip any check-in field, edit or delete an entry during the current session, and clear session data from Settings and privacy. Export and permanent account deletion must be available before account-based storage launches.

My Moment To is a self-care journal. It is not designed to diagnose or treat a condition, provide crisis response, or replace professional care.
